It's what we do, we continue on. Yet, what is the point? There is nothing ahead of us when there is nothing left of us.

About This Quote

When one is at the end of their life, there is no point in doing anything. The purpose of life is to make life worth living. It's what we do, we continue on. Yet, what is the point? There is nothing ahead of us when there is nothing left of us.

We have no idea what tomorrow will bring, so why continue to live? The only thing that really matters are the memories that are made during the time spent on Earth, but this reality can be difficult to accept. To me, this quote reminds me that I have a purpose for being here on Earth and I have to hold onto that purpose no matter what happens or how hard it may be.
